Working for Pacific Timber has been one of the greatest honours I’ve had in my life. It really has been a dream job for me. My coworkers and our managers are incredible people. They are good people deserving of great respect. In the years that I’ve been an employee with the company, I’ve been very happy to get trained in many exciting areas plus I’ve been treated with great respect and dignity by everyone in the company. I get up for work in the morning excited about what I’m going to do each day. I get to do awesome things such as running saws(both large and small), operating different kinds of loaders, operating high end power tools, shop work, maintaining equipment, greasing machinery, taking measurements, building different things, fixing stuff, and throwing dust around, all while getting paid well to do it. I started out entry level and was very lucky to receive the different training I now have. Before I started working here, I didn’t know how lucky I was going to be to land a job with this company. I’m a very happy employee, and would highly recommend applying here to anyone.
